In view of the favourable response of the IATF through the Hon. Sec. Mon Lopez, DTI secretary, lifting the restriction on the buying and selling of real estate covered under the GCQ areas our offices are now fully open for business under safe conditions as suggested by the National Board of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) to adhere and abide by the guidelines set forth by the IATF in preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.
