NT Realty is the brainchild of four Englishmen who saw a need for a professional real estate broker company in the Pampanga area. They were impressed by the potential growth in the area as a result of the Clark Economic Zone and the construction of the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport terminal building.

The Potential for growth in the local property market is huge and there will be an exponential demand for every type of property whether commercial for lease, residential for rent or property for sale.

It is expected that the work force located on Clark Economic Zone will increase 20 fold in the next five years.  All of these people will need accommodation and we want to be able to supply it for them.
