When buying a property there will be various steps that need to be taken. We are in the position where we can sit you with trained staff that can form a Thai company or action a change of director on an existing company in order that you can own certain property types. At the end of the transaction you may well need to do a land office transfer; we will only be too pleased to handle this for you. Once you have purchased your property NT Realty Asia are in a position to help look after and maintain your home. We are able to offer you a full property maintenance service to assist you in maintaining the value of the property.
