When buying a property there will be various steps that need to be taken. We are in the position where we can sit you with trained staff that can form a Thai company or action a change of director on an existing company in order that you can own certain property types. At the end of the transaction you may well need to do a land office transfer; we will only be too pleased to handle this for you. If you are already own property in company name we can look after your yearly company accounts. Away from property we can assist with visas, work permits. We also provide a Will Service for you.

We are able to offer you a full property maintenance service to assist you in maintaining the value of the property. Regular visit from our team will ensure that your swimming pool maintenance is always done and that your garden is kept neat & tidy. For the inside of the property we provide pest control service or simple service the air con units. Any jobs such as plumbing, tiling, painting & decorating or refurbishment can be carried out too.
